A tradition that has formed over many years is our New Year’s Eve menu. Even if it’s just the two (or three) of us, we dress up and put together a delicious 5, 6, or 7 course menu. 2023 was no exception.
New Year’s Eve Menu 2023
Seared paprika coated scallops and grilled paprika purée and parsnip chips
Creamy mushroom soup topped with thyme and crispy turkey skin
Pan fried halibut with roasted quinoa, parsnip purée, and smoked apple broth
Reindeer medallion with sautéed mushrooms and spinach, roasted pumpkin purée, and red wine and blackberry reduction
Frozen chocolate mousse topped with caramelized pecans, coconut and lime sorbet, and passion fruit and clementine foam
